Kathy Ruggiano enters her second year on the NACA Board during the 2007-2008 year.  Kathy has been working in the Reinsurance Contingency market since 1990.  She is a Senior Underwriter in the Entertainment/Contingency Department at Swiss Re.

As President and Chairman of the Board, Kathy will oversee all functions of NACA.  She will be responsible for implementing the goals of NACA in the areas of membership growth, sponsorship, and communications, as well as progress the affiliation with the London Contingency Society.

Mark Ballin begins his first year on the NACA Board during the 2007-2008 year. Mark has been working in the Contingency and Entertainment market since 1995. He is a National General Adjuster and Partner at Hyperion Claim Specialists LLC. Mark will assist the Board in the planning and coordination of the 11th Annual NACA Conference in 2008.

Jack Woodbury begins his second year on the NACA Board during the 2007-2008 year. Jack began working in the contingency insurance marketplace in 1991 when he joined HCC Specialty Underwriters (formerly ASU International). For the past 16 years he has been an Underwriter with HCCSU specializing in Prize Indemnity, Over-Redemption, and Contractual Bonus Insurance.

As Vice President of Marketing, Jack will focus his efforts on building NACA’s membership and providing value for existing NACA members. Jack will also contribute to the planning and coordination of the 11th Annual NACA conference in 2008.

Jacqueline Fellrath begins her first year on the NACA Board during the 2007-2008 year. Jacqueline has been working in the Entertainment/Contingency market since 1983. Currently, she works for AIG Programs overseeing several Contingency Programs. Jacqueline will assist the Board in the planning and coordination of the 11th Annual NACA Conference in 2008 as well as serving as Secretary of the Board.

Gerald Billow starts his fifth term on the NACA Board in 2007-2008. Gerald is one of the founding members with the accounting firm of Quintana, Lopez, Donoghue & Gonzalez, LLP. Quintana, Lopez, Donoghue & Gonzalez, LLP is a Domestic and International Forensic Accounting Firm specializing in worldwide loss and claims accounting and litigation services for insurance companies and their representatives.
