We are pleased to announce that the NACA Board have partnered with a local Nashville charity, W.O. Smith Nashville Community Music School. W.O. Smith has provided music education to thousands of low-income children who otherwise would not have been able to afford such instruction since 1984.
A percentage of each conference registration fee will go towards supporting this fantastic organization in Nashville. So please be sure to register for the conference as you will be contributing to this great cause!
How do I register?
To take advantage of the discounted conference rates you must Register or Renew your Corporate Membership.
This allows up to 8 members of your company to be registered as Corporate Members of NACA – They will be able to receive the weekly Industry News Updates as well as notifications of Industry Events.
Once you’ve registered/renewed your membership you can register for the conference by clicking the button at the end of the renewal page.
If you are not a member but would like to attend the Annual Conference you can click here and register for the conference only
How do I book my hotel room?
The NACA Board have secured very competitive rates for all registered Conference Attendees. Rooms at The Westin Nashville can be booked by registered attendees only.
The NACA room block has been secured from Monday May 21st to Friday May 25th, 2018 (both days inclusive) where we have a guaranteed allocation of rooms. Days outside of this period are still eligible for the discounted rates, but these are subject to availability. The room block is available until May 1, 2018. Nashville is an extremely popular destination, we recommend that you book your rooms as soon as possible as the hotel is guaranteed to sell out.
To have access to the discounted member rates you must register for the 2018 conference.
The hotel will not honor the discounted rates for anyone who is not formally registered for the conference.
Sponsorship’s by the members really make the conference the best it can possibly be. There are a number of sponsorship opportunities available for the conference.
The 2017/18 NACA Board are looking into updating the Sponsorship opportunities for #Nashville2018 and those options will be announced towards the end of 2017.

2018 Conference Agenda
The provisional schedule for #NACA2018 is as follows;
Tuesday May 22nd: Annual Golf Event / Boat Cruise aboard the General Jackson Showboat
Tuesday Evening: Opening Cocktail Reception at L27 followed by Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony for golf tournament participants. We will also have a special performance by the W.O. Smith Band and Live Entertainment to follow!
Wednesday May 23rd, Morning: Conference Sessions

Thursday Afternoon: Closing Reception at Honky Tonk / Free time / Meetings / Networking
NACA Golf 2018 / Boat Cruise
Hotel departure at 8:45am for a shotgun start at 10:00am. Scramble Tournament with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places as well as other special prizes! Full details on the NACA 2018 Golf Event will follow.
Alternative Activity for non-golfers: Cruising Aboard the General Jackson Showboat.
The General Jackson Showboat is a 300 foot paddlewheel riverboat decorated in red, white and blue that
sparkles as she glides along the Cumberland River with her four massive decks. Enjoy lunch on the showboat followed by a fabulous live show performed in the beautiful two-story Victorian Theater located in the center of the boat. There will be plenty of time for a stroll along the decks before docking.The Board will offer an alternative group activity for those not wanting to play golf.
Boat will depart at 11:00am and will return to the hotel at 3:15pm.
