NACA is dedicated to providing a communication and networking medium for contingency professionals to keep members informed on issues affecting our industry. When you provide your personal information on the Internet, you shouldn't have to worry about taking a risk. Because your privacy is important to us, NACA's website contains this Statement of Privacy which represents that NACA is committed to protecting your personal information and providing you with the peace of mind that it is being used as you intended.
Privacy Principles
NACA's site will explicitly ask when information that personally identifies you
or allows NACA to contact you is needed (“Personally Identifiable Information”).
NACA does not collect Personally Identifiable Information about individuals except
when such individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis.
When possible, NACA will provide you with the means to make sure that your Personally
Identifiable Information is correct and current.
- Personally Identifiable Information may include, but is not limited to your name,
company name, address, phone number, fax number and email address.
- Personally Identifiable Information on individual users will not be sold or otherwise

time of collection or thereafter. At such points of collection, the user will have
the opportunity to indicate whether he or she would like to “opt out” of this service.
- NACA encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and
to participate in the activities offered on its site. No information should be submitted
to NACA by users under 18 years of age without the consent of their parent or guardian.
No information should be submitted to NACA by users under 13 years of age under
any circumstances.
- NACA may disclose Personally Identifiable Information if required to do so by law
or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the
edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on NACA or the site; (b) protect
and defend the rights or property of NACA, the site or the users of the site, and
(c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of NACA's employees,
